Quite simply, we become your IT department.

Initially, you’ll be looked after by our Leeds based project office who will try to get you on-boarded as smoothly as possible. This will involve spending time with you and your colleagues finding out if there are any issues, and how best to resolve them quickly for you.

During this phase, we’ll also install our standard suite of tools on the managed devices to help us monitor for issues, gain remote access, and secure the devices.

Once you have successfully been on-boarded, we’ll introduce you to our specialist helpdesk team. They will deal with all the usual day-to-day stuff …. you know, the “I can’t remember my password”, “I can’t access this file”, “My prints aren’t coming out”, “The internet is down” type of stuff.

Not only will we give you that super secret telephone number that gets you through the red tape and straight to the helpdesk, but we’ll also install an application right on your desktop that raises tickets in our system so that when we receive it, we know who had the problem, and what the device was, including a whole bunch of other techy information that we then won’t need to ask you for.

That’s right, no more email support. I mean, you can if you want to, but this is way quicker for you.
